Duties include strategic planning of upcoming seasons and guests, coordinating with graphic designer, post-production team, and sponsors.

  • In-house copywriter. Responsible for creating copy for daily social media posts, weekly emails, and program launch campaign emails (15-20 emails per campaign).

  • Social media manager. Track metrics, create data-based posting strategies with accompanying content calendar, hashtag research, post optimization, IG Story updates, Facebook community management. Responsible for staying up to date with industry trends.

  • Program-related duties include: assist with executing live events, provide guest coaching and live trainings re: marketing strategies for clients, review client submissions and provide weekly written feedback.

  • Other duties: troubleshooting automated webinar funnels, creating sales pages, scheduling, wordpress backend tasks, content creation for Facebook Ads
